Octanorm Australia was established in 1973 under the name of Space Display Systems Pty Limited. From humble beginnings the company has grown to become the leading supplier of aluminium system components to the Australian exhibition, display and shopfitting industries.

A 100% privately owned Australian company, Octanorm Australia manufactures the Octanorm exhibition, shopfitting and display system under license from Octanorm Vertriebs GmbH as well as developing its own products and intellectual property.

Originally located on City Road, South Melbourne, the company now occupies a 3,000 m2 site at Maidstone, 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD as well as sites at Murarrie in Brisbane and Punchbowl in Sydney.
